At Hourglass Cosmetics, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer complimentary returns on all orders within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused or gently used products in their original packaging and secure the prepaid label to the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
